AXL+Co Win A Wardrobe Competition Terms and Conditions:
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is AXL+Co (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any associated agencies or companies involved in this competition.
3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, eligible participants must complete the entry form with their required details and submit their entry during the competition period.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Any incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid.
4. Competition Period
The competition opens on Monday 27th July 2026 and closes at Sunday 9th August 2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
5. Prize
The winner will receive an AXL+Co wardrobe valued at $500.
The prize includes any items up to the value of $500 original retail price.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received, winner must be opted-in to Marketing communications.
The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of entry and may be required to provide additional information to confirm eligibility.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Use of Personal Information
By entering this competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by AXL+Co for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
Participants may also opt in to receive marketing communications from AXL+Co. Participants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical issues or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
