Delivery to Australia: We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. During peak sales periods, please allow 1-4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note your tracking number may not be traceable for up to 4 hours.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY INFORMATION
All parcels - be they at a Post Office or at a residence, will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. Someone will need to be present at the residence for this to occur otherwise standard delivery procedures apply.
INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS (New Zealand, UK & USA)
AXL+CO charges the following flat rates for standard delivery to these international destinations:
$20.00 AUD - New Zealand
$30.00 AUD - United Kingdom and United States of America
Please note that, in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a 'gift' for export purposes, even if it is the customer intention.
Please check your local duties or custom tariffs as they will vary country to country. The customer is liable for any costs incurred by the destination country customs authorities.
